At Hair Fitness, we are dedicated to providing exceptional salon services, and your satisfaction is our utmost priority. Please review our Service Satisfaction Policy to understand our commitment to delivering the best possible salon experience.

1. Communication and Consultation

We encourage open and honest communication between our clients and our skilled stylists. We will begin each service with a thorough consultation to discuss your preferences, expectations, and any concerns you may have.

2. Service Quality

Our team is committed to delivering high-quality services, whether it's a haircut, color treatment, styling, or any other salon service. We use industry-standard techniques and premium products to ensure your satisfaction.

3. Adjustments and Revisions

In the rare event that you are not completely satisfied with your service, please let us know during your visit or within 7 days after your appointment. We will gladly make adjustments or corrections to address your concerns.

4. Product Purchases

If you are unhappy with any product purchased at our salon, please return it in its original condition and packaging within 60 days for a store credit.

NO SHOW POLICY

1st Time: It's On Us! No worries, we all get busy and forget.

2nd Time: 50% Due. We hate that you missed your appointment! As a favor, we will only charge you half.

3rd Time: 100% Due. We miss you! But our stylists are waiting.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a No-Show fee will apply.

As a courtesy, we will call and confirm your service appointments two business days prior to your appointment date. However, if we are unable to reach you please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrival, missed appointments and the No-Show fee.
